Join our community of American & International students!

Summer Rates are Per Weekly, Per Person:

Extra Large Quad Room:

345 + 25 utilities = 370 per week per person

Extra Large Quad Studio:

390 + 25 utilities = 415 per week

Large Triple Room:

390 + 25 utilities = 415 per week

Regular Double Room:

505 + 25 utilities = 530 per week

Single Room:

550 + 25 utilities = 575 per week

Note: if you are staying only for the summer, we require an  8 week minimum payment regardless of length of stay. So if you stay for 6 weeks you still must pay for 8 weeks. Summer stays on weekly rates are available between mid-May and mid- August only.

Utilities and Common Use Items

Casa Cedar provides ultra fast 250 mbps wifi and ethernet Internet, water, gas, garbage, electricity, Netflix account, professional house cleaning service, and gardening service. We also provide all your Common Use Items, including: toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, printer paper, printer ink, and similar household items. We also include sheets, bedding, pillows, and bath towels if you need them. Note: if water/gas charges exceed a certain level residents equally split those costs. During winter, it's an extra 5-10 per month per person.

Move-In Costs and Security Deposit

For Summer, we require you to pay your summer room fees up-front plus a security deposit of $500 if you are staying for 8 weeks or less, or a deposit of $1000 if you are staying 9 weeks or more. The security deposit is refunded to you following your move out. It is very rare that we've ever had to deduct anything from the security deposit. Most residents leave their rooms in good condition and we trust that you will, too!

Special Group Rates Available

If you are part of a group of 2 or more, you may qualify for a discounted group rate -- please ask us when you contact us. Depending on availability, you may be able to reserve a block of beds for your group, or possibly even rent the entire house, just ask!
