Utilities Included
Casa Cedar provides ultra fast 10 gig fiber Internet, water, gas, garbage, electricity, cable TV, HBO, Netflix, and gardening service. We also provide sheets, bedding, pillows, and bath towels if you need them. The price for utilities is stated in the above rates.
Free Laundry
Casa Cedar provides free laundry machines.
Professional Housecleaning Service
Casa Cedar offers a high-quality, professional housecleaning service, at an affordable rate. Our awesome housecleaner will clean the kitchen, bathrooms, all common areas, the exterior, back deck, etc. If you want, the housecleaner can clean the bedrooms as well. The frequency of housecleaning will be based upon your group's needs / requests.
Common Use Items
If your group desires, Casa Cedar can provide all your Common Use Items (other than food). We can provide the following: toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, printer paper, printer ink, hand soap, and similar household items. The Common Use Items cost is very affordable.
Move-In Costs and Security Deposit
Move-in cost is first month, last month, and security deposit equal to 2 months. The security deposit is refunded following your group's move out. It is very rare that we've had to deduct anything from the security deposit. Most groups leave everything in good condition and we trust that you will, too!
